The next segment of Atelier Director Kevin McEvoy's Art History Lecture Series will cover Jean-Baptiste Chardin, 18th Century French painter. Chardin is known as the master of the still life and genre painting due to his masterful utilization of dim and soft light in his compositions. Join us in learning Chardin's background and impact on the 18th Century French movements.

After the lecture, The Atelier will showcase classical bassist Keenan Zach for a 20 minute performance of 18th Century classical compositions for your enjoyment.

This event has a $10.00 requested donation which will be applied to The Atelier fund for scholarship students. Light refreshments will be served.
