The Atelier at Flowerfield is pleased to announce our new sketch club. Artists of every level are invited to join us Saturday mornings as we enjoy drawing in different areas of Long Island. Sketching allows you to hone your powers of observation and drawing skills. Instructor Donna Grossman will guide students in how to frame, set up and work on their drawings.Students will create a personal journal of various drawn images, share it with others in the group and also have the opportunity to write about their experience.
The first session will be held at the Atelier, we will then meet at various locales throughout our lovely Island. We will spend rainy days sketching back at the Atelier Hall.
Come meet fellow artists and discover the simple pleasure found in a few pencils and the pages of a sketchpad.
